The 10% Club Member discount is automatically applied, as long as you are signed into a Carlton Shop account linked with a current Club Membership.

In order to correctly link your accounts and ensure you receive your Club Member Discount, ensure you create your Carlton Shop account using the same email address that is associate with your Membership.

If you receive an error indicating the email address is already in use, please follow the "Forgot Password?" process.

Your Member Coupon Code should be entered in the "Gift Certificate / Member Coupon" section of your cart or at the checkout.

Yes! Free standard shipping within Australia is available for all orders over $150.
