Looking for last minute Christmas gifts? We’ve got you covered -
This Christmas season we’ll be extending our trading hours.
- Monday – Friday: 9am till 5pm
- Saturday (December 6, 13 and 20): 10am till 3pm
- Sunday: CLOSED
Our final day of in-store trading for the year will be December 24th, so make sure you get in for those last minute gifts! We will re-open Monday January 12th.
Online trading will continue as normal throughout this period.
Cut-off dates
To avoid disappointment this year, we recommend shopping early for delivery in time for the big day. Our 2025 Christmas cut-off dates are:
- Registered Post – 16 December
- Express Post - 21 December
Please note, these cut off dates are based on recommendations from Australia Post and are subject to change pending your location and parcel volume. More information on the current delivery times can be found here.
Extended Returns
Have peace of mind shopping with The Carlton Shop this Christmas season with our extended returns policy. Orders placed from November - 24 December can be returned up until 31 January 2025. All orders placed from December 25 onwards, will be subject to our 30 day return policy.
