This Christmas season we’ll be extending our trading hours.
- Monday – Friday: 9am till 5pm*
- Saturday (December 2, 9 and 16): 10am till 3pm
- Sunday: CLOSED
*Please note, The Carlton Shop IKON Park store will be closing at 2pm on Wednesday 20 December.
From December 23 – January 14, The Carlton Shop IKON Park store will be closed. We will continue to operate online before reopening on Monday 15 January.
Cut-off dates
To avoid disappointment this year, we recommend shopping early for delivery in time for the big day. Our 2023 Christmas cut-off dates are:
Western Australia and Northern Territory
- Registered Post – 12 December
- Express Post - 18 December
Rest of Australia
- Registered Post – 15 December
- Express Post - 18 December
Please note, these cut off dates are based on recommendations from Australia Post and are subject to change pending your location and parcel volume. More information on the current delivery times can be found here.
Extended Returns
Have peace of mind shopping with The Carlton Shop this Christmas season with our extended returns policy. Orders placed from November - 22 December can be returned up until 31 January 2023. All orders placed from December 23 onwards, will be subject to our 30 day return policy.
