This Christmas season we’ll be extending our trading hours.
- Monday – Friday: 9am till 5pm
- Saturday (December 7, 14 and 21): 10am till 3pm
- Sunday: CLOSED
From December 23 – January 12, The Carlton Shop IKON Park store will be closed. We will continue to operate online before reopening on Monday 13 January.
Cut-off dates
To avoid disappointment this year, we recommend shopping early for delivery in time for the big day. Our 2024 Christmas cut-off dates are:
- Registered Post – 16 December
- Express Post - 19 December
Please note, these cut off dates are based on recommendations from Australia Post and are subject to change pending your location and parcel volume. More information on the current delivery times can be found here.
Extended Returns
Have peace of mind shopping with The Carlton Shop this Christmas season with our extended returns policy. Orders placed from November - 22 December can be returned up until 31 January 2025. All orders placed from December 23 onwards, will be subject to our 30 day return policy.
