Club Membership Queries

The Carlton Shop is the official merchandise store of the Carlton Football Club. For all our loyal members, we offer a 10% discount off full priced items*.

*Members discount excludes sale items, promotions, member exclusive product, Carlton Respects range, memorabilia and shipping.

Simply, sign in or register for your shop account using the email address associated with your membership and click here to select your items.

Your Member Coupon Code should be entered in the "Gift Certificate / Member Coupon" section of your cart or at the checkout.

General Queries

We aim to provide a fast dispatch service. Once received, all orders will be fulfilled and dispatched within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for fulfillment during peak/promotion periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, your parcel will be shipped via Australia Post.

Yes, we offer shipping to most countries internationally.

For all international orders, you may be required to fill out and complete a customs form. Generally, additional costs such as duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees will be incurred and this will be the responsibility of the customer. These charges are dependent on the regulations of the destination country. Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country.

Important Notice for US

Due to the recent implentation of new tariffs in the US, we are currently unable to post orders to the US.

Yes! Free standard shipping within Australia is available for all orders over $150.

To ensure fast dispatch, once an order has been placed our fulfilment warehouse immediately receive your order and begins processing. Unfortunately, once this occurs orders are unable to be edited. Please ensure all details including your shipping address are correct.

If there are any urgent changes, please contact our team on (03) 9389 6288 and we will endeavour to make these adjustments. However, please note these changes are unable to be guaranteed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed - including customer and shipping details.

However, it is possible to submit a REDIRECTION request with Australia Post - so please reach out to us ASAP.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification providing you with your tracking number.

To track your parcel, please use your tracking number via the Australia Post website here.

If you experience difficulties tracking your parcel, please contact The Carlton Shop or Australia Post.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If your order is unclaimed or returned to sender, the customer will incur a cost to have the order reposted. 
All orders are sent to the address listed on the order and can not be changed without contacting The Carlton Shop directly on (03) 9389 6288

Unfortunately, we don't currently have this service available for online orders.

However, you can give our team a call and process your order over the phone to have a number applied.
