The Carlton Shop Online ships orders via Australia Post. We aim to provide a fast dispatch service. Once received, all orders with be fulfilled and dispatched within 72 hours.
Please add any special delivery instructions when making an order. E.g. “Leave parcel at the front door” if required.
Most deliveries will be within business hours (9am-5pm). Please choose a delivery address in which you will be located. For example: Work address.

International Delivery
For all international orders, you may be required to fill out and complete a customs form. Generally, additional costs such as duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees will be incurred and this will be the responsibilty of the customer. These charges are dependent on the regulations of the country of destination. Customs is a govenment acgency respoinsible for regulating shipments entering a country.
